24 Oreo cookies, crushed
½ cup butter, melted
½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (4 oz) German chocolate squares (in green wrapping)
½ cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8oz) container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle crushed cookies onto bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Pour ½ cup melted butter over cookies. Spread softened ice cream over crumbs and freeze.
Combine remaining ingredients and boil 4 minutes. Cool and pour over top of ice cream. Freeze again and top with Cool Whip. Freeze. Serves 10-12 and keeps very well in freezer.
