4 Chicken breasts or cutlets
1 can cream of celery soup + half can white wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 slices of provolone cheese
1 cup long-cook rice
Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1/4 of sauce.
In a baking dish, mix soup/wine and rice. Top with chicken pieces. Season, then put slice of cheese on each pc of chicken. Add reserved sauce to top of chicken pieces. Bake 350 degrees approximately 1 hour/
