3 (15oz) cans of tomato sauce
2 cans of H2O
4 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon basil
3-6 tablespoons of sugar or 1 1/2 pkg of Splenda
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried onions
1 tablespoon pepper--Angela uses 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt if desired--taste first
a couple of shakes of crushed red pepper is optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. bring tomato sauce and water to a low boil before adding spices.
2. add spices
3. cover and let simmer for at least 45 min. but for better flavor simmer 2 hours
4. If canning, water bath for canning is 15 minutes for pint size jars.
