CAKE:
1½ cups sugar
½ cup butter or shortening
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 cups blueberries

TOPPING:
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup butter, softened
½ - 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and eggs. Measure dry ingredients into bowl; add alternately with milk into the creamed mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9”x13” pan. For topping: Combine dry ingredients; cut butter until coarse crumbs form. Cover evenly with topping, then bake at 375ºF for 45-50 min.
