2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Salt
Black pepper
1 package matzah ball mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, oil, salt and pepper gently with a fork.
Add in 1 content of matzah ball mix.
Mix in with a fork.
Put into freezer to harden a little.
Boil up water in a pot.
When water is boiled, take mixture out of freezer.
Make balls (walnut size) and put into boiling water.
Cover pot and keep on a medium flame.
Let boil in the water for 30-40 minutes.
