1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbs Jewel Cornstarch
1/16 tsp salt
1/2 c cream
1/2 c milk
1 c double strength Jewel Best Coffee
5 egg yolks
1/2 tsp Jewel Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add cream, milk, and coffee. Cook in double boiler 10 minutes. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Pour in buttered baking dish. Set in pan of water and bake in hot oven (400) for 25 to 30 min or until set. Serve with Angel Food Cake made from the 5 egg whites.
