2 1/2 ounces semi sweet chocolate squares
1 cup sugar
2 eggs



pie crust
2 cups flour
2/3 cup crisco solid shortening
2 tablespoons cold butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 -7 tablespoons cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl, add 1/3 cup crisco, 1 tablespoon butter, baking powder, salt and mix well with pastry blender. Add the remaining crisco and butter and mix. Add the water add mix well. If the dough is a little stiff, you can add a little more water.

Roll out on 1/2 of the dough on a floured pastry sheet. Roll a little, then flip over, repeat a couple of times until the dough is the size you need for the pie.

Put in a pie tin, poke a few fork size holes on the bottom of the crust. Bake in a 450 oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
