1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 Tbsp butter melted

8 oz Cream cheese
15 oz canned pumpkin
8 Tbsp butter melted
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz confectioners sugar
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, egg and butter mixing well with electric mixer. Press into the bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and butter beating well. Next add confectioners sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixing well. Spread filling over cake batter and bake 40-50 minutes. Make sure not to over bake as the center should still be a little gooey.
