1 cup flour- double sifted
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
dissolve salt in water
double sift flour
add water and adjust for consistency
knead 7 minutes

shape into logs, wrap in plastic

let rest 30 minutes.

Cut into pieces roughly 3/4 " long, roll out VERY thin and round. Put water on half of edge, fill and paste shut.

Fill with a small amount of filling (about half a teaspoon)

Steam 6 minutes
