1 stick butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar, divided
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 egg, at room temperature
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup almond flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer on medium speed, beat butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until fluffy. Add extract and egg; beat 1 min. On low speed, beat in flours until incorporated.

2. Form dough into 1 tbs balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15-20 min or until set. Let cool 10 min. Dust with remaining powdered sugar.
