3 C pasta

4 Tbs butter (1/2 stick)

2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk

1/2 C milk

2 large eggs

1 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp nutmeg

pinch cayenne pepper

8 oz american cheese slices torn

8 oz gruyere cheese

8 oz sharp cheddar

Preheat oven to 375

Cook pasta per box directions, drain and return to pot. Add butter, tossing until melted

Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, salt, nutmeg and cayenne in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl combine cheeses

Spread 1/2 of the pasta in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. top with 1/2 cheese. Repeat.

Pour milk mixture over the top

Bake 20-30 min
