2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs, beaten
1 ¾ C Ketchup, divided
1 ½ C Old-Fashioned Oats
1 Small Onion, minced
1 Small Red Bell Pepper, minced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, stir together beef, eggs, ¾ C ketchup, oats, onion, bell pepper, garlic, basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape into 12 inch load on prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in center reads 150º. Spread remaining 1 C ketchup on loaf; bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
