9" Pie Shell (pre-baked)
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Gryere Cheese (shredded) (6 wedges in foil)
4 Eggs
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Bacon (crumbled)
Onion (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Dredge cheese in flour; put mixture into bottom pie shell. Can add bacon and onions at this point. Beat eggs, cream, and seasonings until light and fluffy. Pour onto of cheese mixture.

Bake 20-30 minutes.
