1/2 teaspoon herbes de provence
Lebanese 7 spice (maybe 2 tablespoons)

1 diced firm red tomato

Directions:
Rinse lamb chops and put in a bowl. Put on the seasonings above and then put in a ziploc bag and keep in refrigerator overnight (around 8-10 hours).

To make lamb, put some olive oil in a frying pan and put in onions, and peppers. Saute on low for 2 minutes.

Then put lamb in frying pan and turn heat to medium/medium high. Watch lamb so it doesn't burn.

After two minutes, add tomatoes. If onions and peppers start to get burned, just take out and you can put back in after the lamb is cooked to how you like it.
