˝ package thick cut Oscar Meyer Bacon (you can use more if you’d like- its’ bacon)
2 packages Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa
2 lbs Idaho potatoes
1 medium to large head of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up bacon into small pieces and brown in deep baking pan until almost crispy.

Cut up kielbasa into ˝ moons (about 1/2” thick”) – mix in pan with bacon.

Cut up potatoes into quarters pieces (1/2” thick) – blend into bacon and kielbasa.

Peel off (keeping whole) about 4 to 6 outer layers of cabbage and set aside.

Cut up the remaining cabbage into 4-6” strips and blend into mixture. Cover the mixture (like a blanket) with outer layers of cabbage. Cover and bake at 375 for about 70 minutes, stirring occasionally, not to disrupt the blanket layer.

Uncover and bake at 425 for last 10 minutes, till a little crispy.
