1 pint canned Salmon (or fresh cooked)
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup dehydrated onion
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
2 Tablespoon catsup
2 Tablespoon dry parsley flakes
2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients until smooth. chill & form into a log. Garnish with Mayo icing & freshly chopped parsley
Chill at least one hour & serve with crackers.
