1 cup GF flour

1 tps baking powder

tsp salt

tsp xanthan gum

1 beaten egg

cup milk

1 tbs oliv oil

tbs honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine GF flour, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum, mix well

2. Add in milk, egg, oil, and honey

3. Mix until combined making sure the sides of the bowl and the bottom does not have any dry flour

4. Let sit for 3 min. scoop to cook.
