Sante Fe Soup Recipe

2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
2 1 oz pkgs of Ranch dressing mix
1 16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
1 14.5 oz can tomatoes, undrained
2 11 oz cans of corn, undrained
2 1.15 oz envelopes taco seasoning mix
2 c water
1 16 oz can black beans, undrained
1 16 oz can pinto beans, undrained
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onion, tortilla chips, etc for topping

Brown beef, drain. Sauté onions until translucent. Return beef and add all remaining ingredients. Bring to oil then simmer, cover and cook 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

May be topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onion, tortilla chips.
