Croissants
Orange marmalade
Swiss cheese
Ham, sliced very thin
4 eggs
1 cup milk or half & half
Vanilla extract
Almond extract (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice croissants horizontally and spread marmalade on one or each half. Put desired amount of cheese and two slices of ham on bottom half of croissant and replace the top. Mix together 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a dash of almond extract in a large bowl. Soak croissant briefly in the egg bath and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. Add a fresh edible flower for extra garnish!
