20 large mushrooms
1 T butter
1 T olive oil
1 t Lawry's

Stuffing:
1 t butter
2 T diced onion
1 t garlic
1 T jalapenos
2 T bell peppers
1/2 cup mushroom stems, chopped
1/4 cup corn
8 oz spinach
dash Lawry's

4 oz shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
De-stem mushroom, brush with butter/oo/Lawry's. Bake 4 minutes @ 400º.

Sautee stuffing ingredients. Add cheese, stuff mushroom caps, bake 4 minutes more. Enjoy
