2 c flour, sifted
4 tsp baking powder
4 tbs butter, melted
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
Cubes of sugar
Grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt. Mix well, add butter. Add milk slowly, blend well. Turn on lightly floured board, roll, cut with small floured cutter, place on baking pan. In center of each biscuit place sugar cube dipped in orange juice. Sprinkle grated orange peel over top, bake in quick oven (375º) about 20 minutes.
