3 c bisquick
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb hot sausage

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grate cheese, break up sausage. Mix all ingredients well. Form into 1" balls. Place 1" apart on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in airtight container.
