2 pounds salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
c brown sugar
c soy suace
3 cloves garlic, minced
juice of one lemon
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay the salmon on top and season with salt and pepper. Fold up the side of the foil around the salmon.

In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Top the salmon with another sheet of foil and seal.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Take the top layer of foil off and baste the salmon with the sauce in the pan. Broil for 3-5 minutes until browned and caramelized. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley, if desired.
