4 cups flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 Tbl Sugar
1 ¾ cup shortening

1 egg
1 Tbl Vinegar
½ cup very cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together until it looks like course corn meal.

Mix egg, vinegar, and water together then add to flour.

Bake at 425º for 8-10 minutes.

Makes 5-6 pie shells or 2 pies and one shell

Pie Crust like biscuits should not be over mixed. This is the best pie crust I have ever found.
