1/2 c catsup
1 small tsp Tabasco© sauce
1 c water
2 onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Mix sauce of catsup, tobasco, water, salt, and chili powder. Use heavy, tightly covered pan. Place a layer of spareribs, then onions, then sauce, and repeat. Bake 2 hrs at 375º
