4 lamb chops
4 slices green pepper
1 No.2 can tomatoes
4 slices onion
Salt & Pepper
4 thin slices lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Brown lamb chops on both sides. Arrange in an open roasting pan or baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Put a slice of onion and green pepper on each chop. cover with half tomato. Top each with a slice of lemon.
Pour remaining tomatoes and juice around chops.
Bake in moderate oven (350) for 45 min or until tender.
