Dry Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Mrs Dash (optional; see Spice Mixes, Rubs & Marinades Section for homemade)
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Wet Ingredients:
1 ounces Apple Cider vinegar and 1 ounces of Balsamic Vinegar or 2 ounces (1/4 cup) red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced (optional)
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine well the ingredients below the line (dry) in a Ziploc bag (I use portion size). Store the dry portion in the cupboard until needed. You can make several bags at a time.

To mix up a batch:
1) Pour either 1 ounces Apple Cider vinegar and 1 ounces of Balsamic Vinegar or 2 ounces (1/4 cup) red wine vinegar into a cruet or container.
2) Add 2 Tablespoons of the Dry Mix and minced garlic if using.
3) Add water and cap the container or cruet. Shake
4) Add olive oil, cap and shake.

Best if sits a while to let spices do their work.
