3 qts bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tbs sage
1/2 c celery, chopped
2 tbs parsley, minced
3/4 c Jelke's Good Luck margarine
1/2 c onion, minced
1/4 to 1/2 c milk - enough to make moist dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, salt, sage, celery, parsley, and pepper.
Melt margarine in a large skillet, add onions and allow to simmer until tender.
Add bread crumb mixture to onions blend well and allow bread crumbs to brown.
Add just enough milk to moisten crumbs.
The recipe for stuffing is enough for an 8 lb bird.
