28 Graham Crackers 15 per cup
2 T. Sugar
1 Teas. Cinnamon
1 Cube Margarine or butter
5 Eggs
3/4 C. Sugar
2 Large and 1 Small pkg. Cream Cheese

2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 T. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers, add sugar, cinnamon, butter, combine those ingredients. Line pan with the cracker mixture.
Beat thick like cream, 5 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, then add cheese, lemon juice : alternate ingredients using a mix master. Pour liquid ingredients into the lined spring form pan. Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Next prepare sour cream topping: Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar, spread over cake, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Let cool, then place in refrigerator to let it set up.
