8 large potatoes cooked and sliced
2 stalks celery
8 green onion sliced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and slice potatoes. Add white vinegar to potatoes and stir. Add sliced celery and onion.

In a separate bowl mix mayo, yellow mustard,and sweet relish. When blended pour over potatoes, mix well, add sliced hard boiled eggs. Refrigerate.
