1 15-20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 large container frozen strawberries
1 pint sour cream
1 large package strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and strawberries and save juice. Prepare Jell-O using 1 C boiling water. Use juice and water to make the 2nd C of liquid. Stir in strawberries and pineapple into Jell-O. Pour 1.2 of this mixture into mold and refrigerate until firm. Spread firmed Jell-O with sour cream and carefully pour remaining Jell-O mixture over sour cream. Refrigerate and unmold when ready to serve. Fills large ring mold, Can be made half recipe for smaller mold.
