Crust. 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups powder sugar
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 1/4 cups flour
Topping. 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cool whip
Glaze 2 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tbsp cornstarch. Dash salt.
1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cups water

Directions:

Crust
Combine oil, p sugar,, sugar and butter. Mix well.add egg and dry ingredients and mix well.spread on greased 14 in pizza pan or 10x15 jelly roll pan. Bake 12 min at 375. Cool
Topping
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla. Fold in cool whip. Spread mixture over baked crust.
Arrange mixed fruit on top of cream cheese mixture.
Fruits such as strawberries,bananas,blue berries, kiwi,pineapple,mandarin orange or grapes
Glaze
Mix sugar and corn starch. Add remaining ingredients. Boil 1 min and cool slightly. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
