Dressing:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 TBSP water
Boil 1 minute. Pour over ingredients

Salad ingredients
Cook, drain and cool 2 cups macaroni; shells or rings

1 can blackeyed peas - drain & rinse
1 can black beans - drain & rinse
1 can white/shoe peg corn
1 jar choped pimento or roasted red pepper
1/2 cup diced / chopped celery
1/3 cup diced red onion or green onions
fresh garlic, diced, to taste

Pour cooled dressing over salad ingredients. Refrigerate overnight

Someone brought this salad to Necia's when Lyle died. I don't know who brought it, but we all asked for the recipe. Very good salad.
