4 bone in pork chops
4 medium or 2 large cooking onions
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Sale & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice onions and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in frying pan
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides
Sear pork chops on both sides in the frying pan.
Remove pork chops and set aside.
Cook onions until brown for about 5 minutes.
Divide onions in half
Place half of onions on bottom of pan
Place the pork chops on top of the onions
Place remaining onions on top of the pork chops.
Cover and cook on very low heat for about 30 mins (can be finished in oven or stovetop)
