"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This counterfeit recipe isn't exactly like D&B's - more like Schallers. But someone suggested putting more sugar in to make it more like D&B's. I think it requires some experimentation and playing around with the various ingredients. While we didn't make this very often at home, we certainly consumed enormous quantities of it while dining out. Had we had this recipe earlier, we might have made it at home more often.
