12 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. diced dill pickle and juice
½ tsp. dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Fresh dill for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, dill pickle and juice, and mustard.Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.Spoon or pipe filling into the eggs.Place a paper towel on the bottom of a plastic container with lid. Place eggs close together so they don't tip. Refrigerate until serving. Make a bed of "grass" with the dill on a serving platter and place eggs on top to keep them from sliding when served.
