2 egg whites
20 marshmallows, cut up
1 1/2 c sugar
6 tbs cold water
1 tsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg whites, sugar, water, and corn syrup in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly.
Place over boiling water and beat with rotary beater for about 7 min or until thick. Time varies between 7 to 10 min.
As frosting begins to thicken add marshmallows.
Cook and beat until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Continue beating until thick and almost cold, and until it hods its shape and is ready to spread.
