6 c peeled and sliced apples
½ c granulated sugar
1 T all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt

Topping:
¾ c old-fashioned rolled oats
¾ c all-purpose flour
¾ c brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix apples, granulated sugar, 1 T flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl; spread into an 8" square baking dish.
Combine oats, ¾ c flour, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder together in a separate bowl. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Crumble topping evenly over apple filling using your hands.
Bake in preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 - 40 minutes.
