Garlic Toast Cups:
½ lb. salted butter
¼ cup finely minced garlic
24 slices good white bread

Crabmeat mixture:
Canned crabmeat
Mayonnaise
Curry powder, salt, pepper

Garlic Toast Cups:
Cream the butter and garlic.Trim crusts off bread. Spread butter on both sides of the bread.Cut the bread into 4 pieces. Fit each piece into mini muffin tins. Bake at 375º until bread toasts and takes shape. It will be like a small cup.

Crabmeat filling:
Mix all of the ingredients for the filling. Fill each garlic cup with the mixture. It is best to fill the cups as close to serving as possible as the garlic cups will get soggy as they sit.
