½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
Flour
Margarine to grease pan

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg well.
Add ½ cup Buttermilk and enough flour to make a "paste" that will drop from the spoon to the pan.
Grease pan with small amount of margarine.
Get pan hot enough to see small bubbles, then drop the mixture from a spoon to make small pancakes.
When ready to turn, they will make small bubbly holes throughout.
Then turn to other side until brown (really quick and easy).
