Whole corned beef
Mustard
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Buy whole corned beef and cook according to instructions on package (usually cover with water and boil covered).
When fork tender, remove from water and drain.
Place in shallow low pan, fat side up.
Score top with criss cross slashes.
Spread with mustard and then brown sugar to form glaze.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350ºF oven or until well glazed.
