2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 lb. smoked sausage cut into ¼-in. slices
1½ cups 2% milk
1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1½ cups cheddar French-fried onions (optional)
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat for 5 minutes; drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine milk and soup. Stir in ½ cup french-fried onions,½ cheese, peas, and sausage.
3. Drain pasta and stir into sausage mix.
4. Transfer to a greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. Cover and bake at 375º 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
5. Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese. Bake, uncovered, 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
