1 cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
-1 cup Milk
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon chives (optional)
1 tsp. parsley (optional)
1 heaping tsp garlic powder
1 heaping teaspoon dill weed
1 heaping tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with a whisk mayonnaise, sour cream and cup milk. Whisk in salt, garlic powder, dill weed, onion powder, chives and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. May need to add more milk after refrigerating to have desired consistency.
