Ingredients: 1 large bag of pre-cooked shrimp 5 cups of white rice 5 cups of water 1 large onion 1˝ bottles of whipped cream 2-3 tablespoons of Patak's Original Concentrated Curry Paste Mild (depending on taste) 1 package of mushrooms 2 packets of Garlic Naan Bread 1 knob of butter

Directions:1. Preheat oven following the naan bread packet directions 2. Thaw shrimp, either for a few hours or speed thaw by running under warm water. 3. Remove shell and tail from shrimp. 4. Sauté onion in butter until almost golden brown. 5. Add mushrooms and sauté completely. 6. Pour 5 cups of water and 5 cups of rice into pot and let steam with the lid on. 7. Add naan bread to preheated oven following packet directions. Bake 5 minutes with tinfoil on the tray. 8. Add shrimp and the paste together. 9. Once the shrimp is warmed through with the curry paste, add the whipped cream and warm it. 10. Taste the cream for the right amount. |

Notes: When serving the dish, place rice in a 1 cup measurer first. Place an upside down plate on top of the cup and flip. Perfectly shaped rice for your dish!
