1 can salmon
teaspoon seasoned salt
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon melted margarine
Few drops Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 Tablespoons melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and remove bones from salmon; break into small pieces with a fork. Add salts, lemon juice, beaten egg, 1 tablespoon melted margarine, and Worcestershire sauce; mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties, wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and place in refrigerator overnight. The next day, roll patties in cornflake crumbs and saute' in melted margarine until brown on both sides. *I do not chill my patties.
