3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Butter-flavored Crisco
1 tsp salt


















Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour and salt. Add a to mixing bowl with the Butter-flavored Crisco, fit mixer with paddle attachment. Mix slowly, until dough resembles small marbles or peas. Add 1/3 cup ice water, continue mixing slowly increasing the speed of the mixer to about 2-3 until dough begins to form a ball. Stop beating, remove paddle and form the dough into round disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
