1 1 pound package crinkle cut carrots
¼ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the carrots, juice, butter, honey, zest, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook 30 minutes or until the liquid has nearly evaporated and the carrots are glazed.
