5 cups flour
4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 large can pumpkin
3 cups walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F and prepare 3 well buttered loaf pans.
Sift together all dry ingredients and set aside.In a blender, mix the pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add the walnuts and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pans.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, checking with toothpick near end of baking time.
