2 Pounds Sweet Potatoes or Yams peeled and cut into 1" chunks
1/2 Cup Butter cubed
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
16 Ounces Miniature Marshmallows optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and toss the sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar and salt and place in 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon evenly and bake for 50-60 minutes or until fork tender and if using marshmallows pile on after cooking and broil 6 inches away from top broiler for 30-40 seconds until browned.
