Butter
˝ cup chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 container mushrooms
3 Tbs. Marsala wine
⅔ cup beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Add pepper to the flour. Coat the pounded chicken breast in the flour mixture. Fry the chicken in butter in a frying pan, 3 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes, add the mushrooms and sauté until all vegetables are soft. Add the chicken back, and then add the Marsala and beef stock. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
